My Coaching Journey
I have always loved being active and challenging myself to get better at lots of different sports. Over the years, I have thrown myself into everything from winter and water sports to rugby, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA and more.

Along the way, I have picked up a few injuries, sometimes from training too hard, doing too much, or just bad luck. Those experiences taught me a lot about what really matters: staying consistent, training smart, and keeping it enjoyable. They are also a big part of why I coach now... to help others stay motivated, accountable, and build lasting habits that go beyond short-term goals.

My coaching journey started over twelve years ago with a Diploma in Sports Coaching, Development and Fitness. Since then, I have coached water sports, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and trained lifeguards across North America, working with people of all ages and abilities.

More recently, I qualified as a coach and trainer with The PFCA, which took my knowledge of fitness, strength and conditioning even deeper. Their approach really aligns with mine, putting the person first and bringing back the human side of coaching.

For me, coaching is about more than just what happens during a session. It is about helping you find a way of training that fits your life, keeps you progressing, and makes you look forward to moving every single day.
